CLASS LEVELS
We are excited for our new season! We're using this moment to raise the bar, refine curriculum, and expand what’s possible for every dancer—whether they’re here for fun, foundation, or focused growth.

Our Fall season begins August 18th at a 50% tuition rate. Upon registration, you will be charged a non-refundable registration fee to hold your spot. |
- MDA instructors and admins bring decades of professional training and expertise to student level placement, assuring your dancers are appropriately challenged (for their ability), while balancing class needs as a whole.
- Pre-Dance placement typically follows appropriate age groupings, but ability is a factor in placement (particularly when transitioning into Primary).
- Primary Dance placement is based first on a student's demonstrated ability, then age. All placements are ultimately determined by MDA administrative leadership and directors as informed by their instructors.
- Successful progression in class levels is based on:
- attendance/time integrity, as well as behavioral expectations such as class etiquette, respect and focus.
- comprehension of acro/cheer/dance terminology, concepts and practices
- execution of technique and skill as well as choreographic retention/recall — typically proportionate to one personal commitment to private practice.
Appointments for technique evaluations can be made prior to registration but generally entail a free class trial for fit.
