****All-Inclusive Tuition****
(Fall/Spring Term Only
Tioga Students will have to pay a costume deposit fee (This Season Only) due to starting the season in February. Remaining monthly installments will be applied to tickets, t-shirts and digital video copy.
We have calculated the estimated cost of everything a dancer will need throughout the dance year and bundled it into 10 equal installment payments. There are no costume deposits or “unknown” costume balances! Your annual payment will include all tuition and all recital costumes and accessories. Each month you will pay the same price, with no additional fees. We aim for our studio families to have a budget-friendly dance season, even offering a 20% discount for siblings!
We assume that everyone enrolled in class will participate in our annual dance recital in June, therefore, we only offer the All-Inclusive pricing for the dance season. Yearly contracts are not required, so if a student withdraws, no further payments will be due. A late fee of $15 will be charged if payment is not received by the 10th.
What is included in the All-Inclusive Pricing?
*Tuition- Each weekly class will receive 39 weeks of instruction (scheduled Holidays are not considered instructional weeks).
*One Recital Performance Costume per class that will perform in the year-end recital.
*Recital Performance Package that includes a digital copy of the performance, 2 complimentary tickets
to our recital in June and a keepsake recital t-shirt.
Class weeks will vary between 3-5 weeks each month.
This has already been taken into consideration, and will not affect the all inclusive monthly tuition rate. We do not charge less, or more each month.
Recital Participation
Dancers attend class and work all season to perfect their technique. Our end of the year show is a rite of passage for a performer, meant to showcase all of their hard work. If your child cannot participate for whatever reason, we need to know by Feb. 1st.
No Obligation-No Contract
If, for any reason, your child needs to drop their classes please let us know before the 10th of the next tuition month either by emailing us or calling us. Families who inactivate their account prior to the final May payment will not be entitled to receive their recital costume, tickets or keepsake t-shirt. You will not receive a refund for classes you did not attend, if you discontinue in the middle of the month.
Note: If you opted to pay for the full dance season to receive a discount, there are no refunds or credits if you discontinue, for any reason, mid-year. There is no such thing as taking a month off. Monthly payments are for a portion of the year, not a specific month of lessons, and a space is reserved for your child in a specific class based on this schedule. Therefore, tuition payments will be charged every month regardless of whether you attend the scheduled class or until we have received your written discontinuation notice.
