Cheer Basics: This class is designed for those with little to no cheer experience. This beginner level friendly class is perfect for those who are interested in learning what being a cheerleader is all about! Students will be instructed on proper cheer technique and learn a high energy fun filled routine. Athletes will train in different areas of cheer to help them grow in their journey.
Cheer/Tumbling: In this class athletes will work on strength and conditioning. They will also build their tumbling skills. Athletes will have the opportunity to master new tricks which will create an entertaining performance at the end of the season.
Pom: Pom dance incorporates other styles of dance such as jazz/hip hop. The pom dancer will use very sharp, precise movements with their arms and the rhythms are usually fast. The pom dance will also include high-level jumps, kicks, and turns as well as a synchronized kick line. Pom dance is sometimes also known as a school or college dance squad or dance team.
